Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an analyst with a preference of at least 3+ years of experience in a people, talent, or related function
- Proven experience building dashboards and reports through BI and ATS platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma, and Google Sheets) to drive data-informed decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make fact-based decisions, even with imperfect data, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of conveying insights and recommendations to executive leadership and team members at all levels
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in driving operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives, with a systems-thinking approach to continuously improve recruiting tools and processes
- Adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to switch contexts seamlessly between strategic work and detailed execution without losing momentum
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency, taking initiative to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Operations Lead to design and deliver comprehensive recruiting reports using Ashby (ATS) dashboards, Google Sheets, and Sigma, ensuring cross-functional adoption and effective utilization of these tools
- Create and manage ad hoc reports to evaluate interview effectiveness, analyze offer declines, and assess the overall health of recruiting processes, driving data-informed decision-making
- Manage quality of hire data by integrating multiple data sets, cleaning data, and conducting sophisticated analysis to identify actionable insights
- Oversee headcount administration by maintaining accurate headcount information in our tech stack
- Ensure data integrity within the ATS by managing configurations, reflecting headcount and hiring changes accurately
- Drive process improvements by developing and refining workflows to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness across the Recruiting team
- Administer and optimize the recruiting tech stack (e.g. ATS, headcount management tool TeamOhana, CoderPad, LinkedIn, etc.), identifying opportunities for improved functionality and ease of use
- Manage tooling configurations such as permission settings, templates, and approval workflows to ensure efficient tool operation and compliance
- Provide tactical support for Talent Acquisition programs, including interviewer and hiring manager training, survey processes, and interview workflows
- Serve as a point of contact for recruiting team members, addressing inquiries in the ticketing system and Slack channels with accuracy and timeliness
- Support ad hoc analytics needs for the broader People Operations team
