Summary

Join FreedUp, an executive assistant agency, as a Senior Recruiter to scale our executive assistant pipeline throughout Latin America. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with proven experience in full-cycle recruiting. You will own the entire recruiting funnel, from sourcing and headhunting to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline, refine our recruitment processes, and collaborate with the team to achieve hiring goals. This is a full-time, flexible-hours position with a generous salary based on location and experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced startups or agencies, and demonstrated experience headhunting remote executive assistants in Latin America. Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced startups or agencies
  • Demonstrated experience headhunting remote executive assistants or operations roles in Latin America
  • Familiarity with sourcing and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, PhantomBuster, Gem, etc.)
  • Experience (or interest) in working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation platforms to optimize workflows
  • Systems-builder mindset—you’re not just filling roles, you’re building a repeatable machine
  • Strong sourcing chops and high-volume outbound messaging experience
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to attract top-tier talent
  • Ability to set up and refine recruitment systems and processes
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to track conversion metrics and optimize pipelines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and independently driven to meet goals
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and candidate experience orientation
  • Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)
  • A modern computer with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent)
  • Noise-canceling headset with mic for video calls
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Google Meet

Responsibilities

  • Source and headhunt Executive Assistants across Latin America, especially in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, etc
  • Proactively message and follow up with potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Conduct and lead structured interviews (remotely)
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, always-on talent pipeline
  • Evaluate candidate performance using structured assessments and scorecards
  • Own and continuously improve our recruiting process and SOPs
  • Help build internal systems and workflows that support scale
  • Collaborate with the lead recruiter and operations team to align on hiring goals and candidate quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent is a plus
  • C2-level English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like G Suite, Notion, and ATS platforms (experience with ChatGPT is a plus)
