Senior Recruitment Consultant

Summary

RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team as a leading recruitment agency. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates for positions by partnering with hiring managers, conducting thorough screenings, utilizing various sourcing methods, building relationships with candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting in offer negotiations, and maintaining accurate candidate data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit with client requirements
• Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract and engage with potential candidates
• Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, utilizing behavioral and technical interviewing techniques
• Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
