Join Oscar's Legal Operations team as a Sr. Regulatory Analyst, responsible for project managing and supporting discrete tasks to ensure compliance with federal and state health plan requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
• 2+ years of SERFF and/or HIOS filings experience
• Project management skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the review and submission of provider and network contract filings
• Prepare and file Oscar’s provider and network contract and insurance products through the annual form & binder filings for assigned states and regions
• Maintain processes for internal tracking and monitoring of provider, network, annual commercial product and adhoc filings with diverse teams
• Support successful relationships with regulatory bodies and state-based exchanges
• Contribute to the development of a repository of internal procedural guides on provider contract, network contract and annual commercial product filing obligations
