Join Nintex as a Renewals Manager and lead a team focused on customer success and contract renewals. You will manage the renewals process, mentor team members, and develop strategies for Diamond and Gold accounts. Responsibilities include daily management of renewals, contract renewal execution, and cultivating partnerships across various teams. You will also focus on customer communication, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and experience with SharePoint and MS SQL Server. Responsibilities
- Daily Management of Renewals within your Region. A champion to develop and mentor the team, providing development and support to the renewal specialist role
- Work with individual renewal specialists on account planning, quarterly check ins, development plans and renewal strategy for Diamond and Gold accounts
- Ensure renewal specialists have the ability to talk through the entirety of Nintex product portfolio
- Contract Renewals. You will be responsible for the timely renewal of all contract renewals allocated in your region
- This involves working directly with customers and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution and Management of ‘Low Adoption’ and ‘At Risk’ programmes
- Cultivate Partnerships within the organisation
- Ensure proper partnership with sales, customer success, operations, and legal teams to meet KPI’s
- Customer and Partner Communication. You will ensure Salesforce is kept updated for your region
- Every conversation is captured, and all opportunities reflect accurately
- Customer Success. You will actively seek opportunities for upselling and cross selling
- You will work with the sales team to ensure overall sales growth by Identifying and developing new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business
