Summary

Talent Tech Labs is hiring for various research positions. In this role, you will become an expert in recruiting and talent management technologies, analyze technology vendor solutions, write executive-level research reports, and present findings to clients. Qualifications include being curious, articulate, a critical thinker, results-oriented, detail-oriented, a team player, flexible, and having a growth mindset. Preferred qualifications include experience in consulting, HR, Talent Acquisition Technology firms, or other analyst firms, or a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, CS, or Journalism.

  • Articulate: Companies and executives rely on our research to make decisions. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly in writing and in person, and synthesize key, relevant points from a mountain of noisy and often messy or even conflicted data
  • Critical thinker: You can separate fact from fiction, and know how to spot marketing fluff a mile away. Even though you may not be an economics major, you possess analytical skills and can spot trends in data
  • Results-oriented: You are the kind of person that does what you say you are going to do, and can manage projects under a deadline. People rely on you to get things done
  • Detail-oriented: You care about the details. You take the time to make sure things are not just done, but done right

Responsibilities

  • Becoming an expert in all aspects of recruiting and talent management, particularly the technologies that support them
  • Critically analyzing technology vendor solutions and creating research based on those analyses
  • Writing executive-level research and presenting findings to enterprise clients in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
  • Supporting the broader research team in the execution of an annual research agenda
  • Analyzing survey data for meaningful and actionable insights
  • Interacting with leading organizations to understand their needs and tailor research product to meet those needs
  • Presenting research findings at conferences, events, or webinars
  • Supporting ad-hoc consulting and other research projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working or interning at a major consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc.)
  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR role
  • Experience working at a Talent Acquisition Technology firm (e.g. Indeed, Upwork, Workday, Greenhouse, Paradox, etc.), particularly if in a Partnerships or Product Manager role
  • Experience working at another analyst firm (Gartner, CEB, etc.)
  • Experience in a Research or Product role at a technology company
