Requirements

  • Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • Have 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or insights roles, with a focus on client-facing work and team management. Demonstrate expertise in brand marketing, content strategy, and social media insights
  • Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms (especially short-form video and creative storytelling), digital engagement trends, and content creation strategies
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into compelling findings and actionable recommendations
  • Show a proven ability to develop insights and recommendations that directly impact client strategy, showing passion for driving brand growth and innovation
  • Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for exploring the evolving world of social storytelling and short-form video, with the ability to identify innovative opportunities that resonate with audiences
  • Possess an exceptional ability to convey complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Have experience managing multiple client-facing projects, team workflows, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Apply your deep knowledge of brand marketing principles and content strategy to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with the client’s brand goals and audience engagement strategies
  • Leverage an advanced understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and trends to contextualize insights and deliver forward-thinking recommendations that address the client’s needs
  • Bring an innate enthusiasm for the power of short-form video and social storytelling, with a keen ability to identify and articulate platform-specific opportunities that align with the client’s goals
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights, delivering data-backed recommendations that drive strategic outcomes
  • Develop and deliver customized reports and presentations that connect insights with the client’s brand strategy and objectives, emphasizing actionable outcomes
  • Oversee and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality, client-aligned deliverables
  • Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand objectives, refine research goals, and ensure deliverables meet their expectations
  • Manage multiple workflows, ensuring timely delivery of insights while coordinating effectively with internal and client teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have familiarity with Boolean search or filtering techniques to isolate relevant data for research purposes
  • Have a background working in professional services or consulting environments with high-profile clients in the social media or digital engagement space
  • Possess a collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally both within internal teams and in partnership with client teams

Benefits

  • $110,000 - $126,000 a year
  • Competitive, uncapped on-target commission earnings
