Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or relevant focus required; Bachelor’s strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business environment
  • A minimum of one year experience in a researcher, analyst, market intelligence consultant or other insights-related role is required
  • HR, talent acquisition or recruitment industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data
  • Curious mindset - driven by a desire to explore, ask questions, and seek deeper understanding
  • Comfortable with and desire around continuous improvement and learning
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work within a global environment

Responsibilities

  • Research, define, analyze, and communicate global talent landscape and key talent acquisition trends, along with industry-specific insights for Cielo’s core industries and regions
  • Deliver and maintain tailored research reports to inform strategic growth initiatives, such as new product development or competitive intelligence
  • Develop research briefs for organizations based on growth targets
  • Support the distribution and communication strategy for research outputs through various internal channels
  • Create final outputs summarizing research findings in the form of PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and other mediums, ensuring alignment with Cielo’s brand guidelines
  • Proactively facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to understand evolving needs and requests that support growth and client retention strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
