Senior Risk Operations Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with professional background in artificial intelligence and related fields
• Familiarity with machine learning models, including basic principles and technical means, with experience in AI model training, evaluation, and optimisation
• 5 years and above of risk management experience; ideally with AI modeling exposure in well-known financial institutions
• Experience in working with data, and using data analytics to gather insights and identify bad actors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of curiosity and eager enthusiasm to solve complex problems
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role will require you to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics, statistical models, and machine learning methods to analyze platform transactions
• Identify high-risk transaction behavior patterns and characteristics, and drive the development of AI risk monitoring models
• Collaborate across product, engineering, customer service, and legal teams to establish and optimise operational processes and standards
• Stay up-to-date on the latest money laundering methods and collaborate with the AI team to drive the training and continuous iteration of AI risk models
• Conduct in-depth investigations of suspicious activities, establish effective monitoring measures to continuously gather insights and generate timely alerts to high-risk transaction behavior
