Summary

Join Jobber's Sales Enablement team as a Senior Sales Enablement & QA Manager and build the intelligence engine that drives our performance culture. Design and implement QA and measurement infrastructure, conduct performance reviews, and identify key investments to enhance sales execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, address issues, and translate insights into impactful results. You will build quality assurance systems, drive measurement programs, create dashboards and playbooks, and lead forecasting cycles. Success will be measured by factors such as QA coverage, time-to-remediation, and revenue linked to QA interventions. This role offers a minimum annual salary of $108,000, a midpoint of $127,000, and a maximum of $146,100, along with equity rewards, annual stipends, retirement matching, and an extended health package.

Requirements

• Demonstrated years of experience in enablement, strategy, business operations, or analytics
• Experience building measurement frameworks or QA systems for commercial teams
• Strong fluency with sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting best practices
• Passion for identifying performance gaps and enabling people with insight

Responsibilities

• Build quality assurance systems to monitor performance, surface risk, and guide remediation
• Drive measurement program: initiative ROI, time-to-impact, adoption, readiness
• Create dashboards, templates, and playbooks that connect enablement to business metrics
• Lead retrospective and forecasting cycles that inform quarterly investment priorities
• Use data to influence sales leadership, prioritize focus areas, and tell stories of impact
