Summary

You will support our Sales team, leveraging your pre-sales/SaaS implementation experience and investigation tradecraft. This role requires strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills for customer engagement. You will uncover technical requirements, present solutions, and partner with the sales team to achieve technical wins. Requirements

  • Balance of experience with pre/post-sales/technical support and real-world practitioner of analyst/investigation tradecraft
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and presentation skills, both customer-facing and internal
  • Personality excited by solving customer problems and relating prior experience through anecdotes
  • Limited software development or related technical integration skills
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures and SaaS-based deliver models, as well as browser technology and/or browser isolation technologies
  • 4+ years enterprise pre-sales/post-sales/technical support experience, ideally with a cybersecurity vendor
  • Experience with investigation, intelligence collection, OSINT or threat hunting
  • Strong written communications skill covering both technical and business-related topics
  • Comfortable presenting individually or to groups
  • Knowledge of the information security industry landscape including but not limited to web content filters, firewalls, authentication, browser isolation

Responsibilities

  • Lead/support full sales cycle for technical account management including: uncovering technical needs, deploying product, managing software pilot milestones and issues, answering security and implementation questions
  • Drive technical discussions and product presentations with prospects and customers, with ability to effectively interact with both buying executives and mid-level IT deployment/support specialists
  • Perform in-depth product demos encompassing the more technical and aspects of our SaaS products with anecdotes and investigation tradecraft points
  • Respond to customer procurement RFIs and due diligence/security questionnaires

Preferred Qualifications

Prior understanding of workflows related to cyber threat analysis, incident response, or financial investigations
