Senior Sales Recruiter

Summary

You will utilize deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, working closely with one client at a time to understand their culture. Partner with senior stakeholders to promote best talent practices, focusing on recruiting for Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing roles. This role requires 4+ years of Go-to-market and Commercial recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with in-house experience. Requirements

• 4+ years of Go-to-market and Commercial recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientated

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients
• Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linkedin and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
• Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
• Your focus will be recruiting great people across Customer Success, Sales and Marketing
