Summary
Join dLocal as a Senior Sales Operations professional and play a crucial role in enhancing sales efforts by equipping commercial teams with the necessary knowledge, tools, and assistance to effectively engage with customers and close deals. You will be the go-to person for the commercial team, supporting deal structure, evaluating feasibility, and designing operational flows. Collaborate with various teams to promote expansion into new markets and define standardized tools and information for the sales team. Identify and implement improvements to optimize the sales process and identify new client needs and opportunities. Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Operations in Payments, Fintech, Financial Institutions, or similar industries
- Strong analytical skills and an empathic approach to solving different business problems. Has experience working with data and a strong capacity for teamwork
- Motivated mindset to put hands-on complex business situations and have the ability to look for alternatives when the answer is a NO. Proactive, results-oriented and action-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.ย Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing work environment and embrace the evolution of the ecosystem
- Team player โ can effectively lead a team/project or participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Fluency in English is a must
- Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure high-quality deliverables
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for the commercial team to understand (potential) client requirements and support deal structure from an operational perspective, evaluating feasibility and designing the necessary operational flows
- Determine go-to-market interest
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Country Teams to promote expansion to new markets, assisting with demonstrations and presentations
- Define, standardize and provide tools, information and content for the sales team, including pricing tools and calculators
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance and optimize the sales process, including designing alternative operational workflows
- Identify new client needs/ commercial opportunities, prioritize and manage them with different areas of the company (Product, Technology, Operations, etcโฆ) to implement tactical experience improvements or strategic long term solutions including new products and features
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish is preferred
- Technical knowledge will be considered a plus
