Summary

Join Experian as a fully remote Sales Operations Manager and design, implement sales strategies, focusing on go-to-market structures, role development, and compensation plans. You will manage senior stakeholder relationships across various departments globally and collaborate with external consultants. Core responsibilities include assessing sales functions, recommending sales strategies, revamping sales organizational structures, recommending compensation model changes, presenting best practices, evolving sales assessment standards, establishing sales productivity measurement standards, and implementing sales transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a Sales/Revenue Operations position within a technology-related business, experience with SaaS sales organizations, and familiarity with change management and sales performance best practices. Requirements

  • 7+ years within a Sales/Revenue Operations position, or similar in a Technology related business
  • Experience working in or with SAAS sales organizations
  • Familiarity with best practices around change management, sales strategy, sales performance, and sales transformation
  • Can show examples of Sales Go-to-market Design: Org/ Roles/ KPIs
  • Working knowledge of sales metrics and reporting
  • Experience driving sales discipline to improve performance
  • Experience working within an Enterprise
  • Experience with senior stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Assess current B2B sales functions and industry best practices. Recommend and design tailored sales strategy and commercial solutions
  • Revamp sales organizational structures, focusing on subscription/SAAS models and roles
  • Recommend changes to compensation models that are motivating to sellers and drive growth for the business
  • Present best practices and guidelines for success, partner with regions to implement standards and change
  • Evolve standards for assessing sales across regions. Manage KPI reporting and suggest areas of opportunity
  • Establish standards for measuring sales productivity across regions. Manage KPI reporting and progress and suggest improvements
  • Partner with the regional and global sales teams to implement and adopt sales transformation solutions, ensuring long-term success
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external consultants and advisors
  • Be a leader/owner of important projects that support our Sales and Business Strategy
