Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience required
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required
  • Advanced Admin Certification preferred
  • User Experience and User Design experience and certifications preferred
  • Ability to provide technical knowledge and drive innovation amidst uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain core Salesforce platform components, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom apps, and process automation (flows, process builder, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity by implementing validation rules, workflows, and data quality standards
  • Conduct regular platform audits to identify and fix issues, ensure compliance, and optimize performance
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to maintain system security and integrity
  • Act as a point of contact for Salesforce related queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Enablement Team to develop and deliver training programs and documentation for users at different levels to maximize system adoption and effective usage
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and tickets in JIRA
  • Develop automated solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, leveraging tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Apex (in coordination with developers if needed)
  • Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and updates to improve system functionality and support evolving business processes
  • Ensure data cleanliness and consistency through routine maintenance, deduplication, and data enrichment
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide business insights and support decision-making
  • Oversee data imports, data cleansing, and maintain data migration best practices for any system integration
  • Partner with business leaders, sales teams, and other departments to understand their needs and provide Salesforce solutions that meet organizational goals
  • Participate in cross functional project teams to develop, implement, and support CRM initiatives and sales operations
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to align business needs with Salesforce capabilities
  • Document processes, system configurations, and customizations to create a robust knowledge base for future reference
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations, ensuring all configurations adhere to industry best practices and security standards
