Senior Salesforce Consultant

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its various modules
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Workflow, Lightning (LWC) and Sales Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and implementation strategies
• Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements
• Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities
• Analyze client needs and design Salesforce solutions that meet those needs
• Configure Salesforce to optimize performance and usability
• Implement and customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Develop and execute data migration plans to ensure seamless transitions
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to address issues and enhance system functionality

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) preferred
• Service and Marketing Cloud experience is an advantage
