Join NeuraFlash as a Quality Assurance Engineer, working closely with Project and Technical Managers to ensure the quality of Salesforce projects. You will be responsible for creating and executing QA plans, contributing to standardized QA practices, and leading QA efforts for at least one Salesforce product. Requirements
- 6+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Testing against feature stories (with or without defined requirements)
- Documenting test results in a structured, detailed fashion
- Browser/device testing, API testing
- Developing QA plans for features or projects
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the testers' role in the process and usage of tools like JIRA
- Lead QA independently on a project
- Present the QA Test Plan on a project
- Manage a UAT on a project
- Atleast 2 Salesforce certification other than Admin
Responsibilities
- Assessing requirements or features to identify areas to test
- Writing test cases based on requirements, executing them, maintaining requirement traceability, logging JIRA
- Support and coordinate and System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for defects and new requirements
- Able to explain the UAT testing process to the customer
- Reaching out within the team for clarification when you are unsure of how to proceed
- Connecting with client /project teams to ask questions and follow up as needed , like issue prioritization, and/or ask QA-relevant questions about wireframes, designs, or acceptance criteria
- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures
- Manage and communicate issues properly and support dev to fix and customer during UAT
- Able to work on a multi-cloud project
- Participate in UAT bug triage meetings
- Mentor new hires and guide them with their tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge on Einstein Chatbots and IVR
- Experience in automation testing using any tool
- Experience in automation testing using any tool
- Comfortable presenting remotely and in person to Manager level and below
- Comfortable leading user story grooming sessions
- Comfortable speaking to what they built both internally and externally
- Ability to comfortably speak to industry best practices and guide the client towards those best practices
- Highly organized
