Senior Salesforce Developer

Summary

Join Bounteous x Accolite, a leading digital transformation consultancy, as a Salesforce Developer specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will be responsible for developing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC components, customizing and configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, implementing business process automation, designing custom user interfaces, managing deployment processes, and troubleshooting and maintaining existing Salesforce configurations. This role requires strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, experience with Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields, front-end development skills, experience with Salesforce APIs, Workbench, Dataloader, and VS Code, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• Experience with Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields
• Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Workbench, Dataloader, and VS Code
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC components
• Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Implement business process automation using Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields
• Design custom user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Manage deployment processes using Change Sets, VS Code, Workbench, and Dataloader
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing Salesforce configurations

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud
