Senior Salesforce Developer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of software development experience, including a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Salesforce development in complex, multi-cloud environments
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
• Additional Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect) are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications on the Salesforce platform that align with business needs and industry standards
• Collaborate with project team members to define, design, and implement new applications, features, and system enhancements
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using web APIs, asynchronous messaging, and other tools to ensure seamless data flow across platforms
• Uphold coding standards through best practices, code reviews, testing, and version control (Git). Manage deployment across development, testing, and production environments to ensure smooth delivery
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends. Assess and incorporate relevant new technologies and functionalities into existing solutions to enhance platform capabilities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment to promote skill development within the team
