Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Advanced oral and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer service platforms, using integration tools, APIs, and middleware
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions within Agile delivery methodologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and integration with other systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to support Agile project delivery and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure the stability, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions
• Work with business analysts and scrum team members to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve Agile processes and practices within the team and contribute to the overall success of Agile transformation
• Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
