Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL and Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are required
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (flows etc.) is required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and components
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining custom Salesforce applications
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools and web services
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, roles)
Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the technical design, development and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions including custom objects, triggers, Apex code, Lightning Web components, and Salesforce APIs
- Systems integration: Work on integrating Salesforce with external systems (APIs, web services) and ensure smooth data flow between systems
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate those into scalable technical solutions
- Optimization: Identify and recommend optimizations to improve platform performance and user experience
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the Salesforce solutions through code reviews, unit testing and following best development practices
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to ensure the stability and performance of the Salesforce environment
- Project Management (Planning & Execution): Effectively plan, execute, and manage Salesforce development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and proactively addressing risks or blockers during execution
- Communication: Proactively communicate progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX
- Knowledge of Business Systems processes and supporting operational teams within Salesforce
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
