Summary

Join Sword Health, a leading pain management technology company, as a Senior Salesforce Admin/Developer. You will manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, develop custom solutions, and ensure the system meets our business needs. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce administration and development, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and strong technical skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead projects, and mentor junior team members. Sword Health offers a dynamic work environment and various benefits depending on location (US or Portugal). The position requires a valid EU visa and is based in Portugal; relocation assistance is not provided.

Requirements

  • Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
  • Possess previous experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex Salesforce projects
  • Be proficient in Salesforce development tools
  • Have strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security
  • Show familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
  • Perform regular system maintenance, including user management, data integrity, and security settings
  • Implement and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues as they arise
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve user experience and business processes
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize work, and manage project timelines
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators and developers
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance system utilization and effectiveness
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and development processes
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to the platform

Preferred Qualifications

Obtain Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, and other relevant certifications
