Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
- Previous experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex Salesforce projects
- Proficient in Salesforce development tools
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Certification on Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, and other relevant certifications are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
- Perform regular system maintenance, including user management, data integrity, and security settings
- Implement and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues as they arise
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve user experience and business processes
- Lead Salesforce-related projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize work, and manage project timelines
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators and developers
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance system utilization and effectiveness
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and development processes
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to the platform
