Senior Salesforce Engineer, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The Senior Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with key roles, and ensuring alignment with architectural principles. The position requires 5+ years of direct experience with Salesforce projects, strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce projects & application implementations
• 2+ years of experience on Salesforce & Force platform as a Developer or Engineer
• Experience in Lighting Aura and Web Components and strong hands-on experience in development practices
• Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and either Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
• Experience with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Experience with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning components
• Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment
• Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Copado, etc
• Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes
• Experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit along with Github, Jenkins, VS Code preferred
• Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred
• Experience with CPQ preferred

Responsibilities

• Engineer and implement scalable Salesforce technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with key roles to create solutions aligned with architectural principles
• Work hand-in-hand with the Salesforce team and stakeholders on solution evaluation and selection
• Perform engineering and implementation functions, offer consulting during detailed design, build, test, and deploy phases
• Mentor other members of the Salesforce team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and executives to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Produce world-class documentation and tutorials that enable other teams
