Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

Summary

The job is a 2-year Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist role at PCW-Tech (GoCompare) for transforming current implementation and technical approach. The employee will develop digital marketing campaigns, manage audience segmentations, configure marketing automation processes, troubleshoot SFMC issues, monitor key performance indicators, and create technical improvement projects within the marketing technology stack.

Requirements

• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions and Administration
• Knowledge of CRM concepts and best practices, including marketing automation, lead management, and customer segmentation
• Proficient in AMPscript and SQL for data manipulation and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with good working practices, reuse of components, and efficient data structures
• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud integration with Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced digital marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• Manage and build Audience Segmentations, Analytical reports and dashboards
• Configure and increase marketing automation processes, including customer journeys, email campaigns, and customer segmentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrated systems
• Monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Create technical improvement projects within the marketing technology stack, ensuring the best practices in data management, reuse of components, and security
