Requirements

• Experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or Audit – ideally in large, complex environments
• A solid understanding of risk frameworks and how to have meaningful risk conversations
• The ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Exposure to organisational change – whether you’ve led it, supported it, or observed it closely
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCSK) and cloud platform knowledge (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Diving deep into Manawa’s security landscape and comparing it with Contact’s systems and practices
• Advising on risk and security controls, helping the business understand and navigate change
• Supporting the development and implementation of pragmatic security frameworks
• Collaborating across teams to ensure security is an enabler, not a blocker
• Helping build trust and consultative relationships with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points if you’re familiar with OT (Operational Technology) environments or more specifically, ICS (Industrial Control Systems)
