Summary

Join Encora as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant and contribute to the development and deployment of applications. You will be responsible for conducting analysis, design, and programming tasks, while providing system support tailored to project requirements. You will also be involved in innovating and improving development processes, exploring new technologies, and providing viable solutions for enhancement. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on experience managing various stages of the software development lifecycle, and proficiency in using relevant tool suites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Be proficient in using relevant tool suites and possess a robust understanding of comprehensive software development practices
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and information exchange
• Have hands-on experience managing various stages of the software development lifecycle
• Possess experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to address and manage client and business partner needs effectively
• Have a solid grasp of core computer science concepts, coupled with excellent coding abilities, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective software solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, design, and programming tasks while providing system support tailored to project requirements
• Innovate and improve development processes, explore new technologies, and provide viable solutions for enhancement
• Collaboratively review and refine test plans and address product defects to ensure optimal functionality of developed components
• Participate in the seamless implementation of products or developed components to meet project specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients through meetings, emails, and video calls to provide updates and address inquiries concerning system development
• Assess and evaluate client-requested changes not initially considered, estimating the required time, cost, and potential impact on the work plan
• Report any deviations and issues arising during development that might impact the company, client, or team, and propose remedial actions
• Engage in peer reviews to assess code quality, receiving and implementing feedback for improvement
