Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Summary

Join Agicap's SRE team as a key contributor to enhancing the stability, scalability, and performance of our full-cloud platform. You will collaborate closely with various teams, handle production incidents, and champion DevOps/SRE principles. This role requires at least 7 years of relevant experience, mastery of Terraform and Kubernetes operator patterns, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in similar functions
• Strong customer orientation: for you too, the experience of our customers is at the heart of all your decisions and initiatives
• Initiative: you are not afraid to voluntarily take the necessary measures to identify and address obstacles and problems
• Mastery of Terraform and the Kubernetes Operator pattern
• Collaboration: You know how to work without ego and accept to question yourself. You are not afraid of being fully remote, and of having all your SRE or DEV colleagues fully remote as well!
• Kubernetes is no secret to you!
• Technical curiosity: You have demonstrable knowledge in development and other technical tools and you wish to continue developing this knowledge and sharing it with others
• You are a very good communicator and manage to make yourself understood both in writing and orally with your colleagues and other departments of Agicap (even remotely). While being kind
• You are organized and know how to prioritize your actions

Responsibilities

• Participate in improving the stability, scalability, and performance of our full cloud platform by constantly questioning the existing system
• Daily contact with teams (mainly DEVs & Tech Leads, but also CISO, Support team, Product, etc.) to continue pushing the DevOps/SRE philosophy within the Tech department
• Take charge of production incidents, during the day but also on call

Preferred Qualifications

Mastery of Golang as well as some references in the open-source world are a big plus!
