Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Requirements

• Be experienced in managing Cloud Infrastructure (GCP) via Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and experience debugging complex systems and network issues
• Have used and set up observability tools and platforms such as Opentelemetry, Grafana
• Be proficient in programming (we mainly use nodejs, bash, kotlin, python) and be ready to learn more and be open to writing some production code once in a while
• Have excellent English, solid communication and feedback skills

Responsibilities

• Work on our cloud-based infrastructure and ensure its high availability
• Maintain infrastructure deployment and CI/CD processes
• Improve developer experience for local product development
• Secure access to our infrastructure and services
• Constantly improve our observability stack
• Work on our negotiation infrastructure for ML and other AI technologies
• Manage PostgreSQL & help respond to escalated DB issues
• Implement SRE concepts such as SLI/SLO and production readiness
