Requirements

• At least 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years of management experience
• Leadership experience in a product development role at a startup-like environment
• Experience with delivering at least one innovative product to market, from conception to commercialization
• Track record of using quantitative & qualitative data to steer prioritization & decision making
• Exceptional ability to communicate and align technical and business strategies across teams and stakeholders
• Experience in building and nurturing a high-performing team with a focus on innovation and collaboration
• Skilled at setting up systems and processes that sets direction towards positive customer and business outcomes
• Hands-on, or leadership experience with shipping a generative AI product
• 7+ years as a product focused engineer and familiarity with entire stack from terraform to CSS
• Extensive experience in building highly available, scalable services deployed across multiple geographic regions. Understanding of SLAs, system resiliency, and cloud architecture
