Requirements

• +7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI or machine learning projects
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, and deep learning techniques
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with large-scale data processing technologies like Apache Spark and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models in production and ensuring scalability
• Strong aptitude for solving complex problems with innovative AI solutions
• Effective at working with cross-functional teams to align on technical and business goals
• Experience in building and refining AI systems through training, validation, testing, and performance tuning
• Proficient in Python, Java, and Golang

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI models for guest interactions, including chatbots, voice assistants, and email/text automation
• Implement machine learning models utilizing data from internal systems and external sources to optimize guest interactions
• Act as a technical lead, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our products
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine AI models to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Design and develop robust solutions deployable at scale across multiple regions and channels
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to apply innovative solutions to business challenges
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI systems meet ethical and regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred
• Familiarity with AI governance and ethical frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy and bias mitigation
• Experience in implementing AI solutions in customer-facing or hospitality settings
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
