Senior Software Engineer

Summary

The job is for a senior Mendix Engineer at 3Pillar, where you will architect transformative solutions that reshape entire industries. Your key responsibilities include creating applications using the Mendix platform, integrating it with existing solutions, working closely with business analytics and other development teams, maintaining application quality, testing and troubleshooting applications, monitoring application quality and performance, providing solutions to improve business value, documenting technical applications, and reporting updates to management. The qualifications required include a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mendix, database structures and design, proficiency in app development, knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS, familiarity with Agile and DevOps, experience in Agile software development methodologies, intermediate or advanced or expert certification in Mendix, ability to provide day-to-day support for applications, familiarity with Scrum, ability to manage multiple priorities at a time, proficiency in the English language, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below
• Experience in application development using Mendix
• Skilled in database structures and design
• Proficiency in app development
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java
• Knowledge of Javascript, HTML and SCSS
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Intermediate or Advanced or Expert Certification in Mendix
• Ability to provide day-to-day support for applications
• Familiarity with Scrum
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
• Ability to master various web technologies and techniques
• Skilled in adopting new technology to meet application requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail

• Proficiency in the English language

Responsibilities

• Create applications for enterprises or businesses using the Mendix platform
• Integrate the platform with any existing solutions within a company’s framework
• Work closely with business analytics and other development teams to understand business requirements
• Help maintain quality and consistency of applications
• Test and troubleshoot applications
• Monitor application quality and performance
• Provide solutions that can help improve business value
• Document technical applications
• Report any updates to management in charge
