Join our team at Cedar to leverage data science, smart product design, and personalization to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. As an Implementation Tech Lead, you will partner with clients to design, build, deliver, and scale new products and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of multiple high-impact client implementation projects for alpha and beta products
• Conduct technical client discovery to develop technical project roadmaps including integration strategy and new build requirements
• Develop efficient, reliable, and maintainable full-stack code, with a focus on integrations with client's electronic health record (EHR) data
• Architect and build tools and frameworks that enable faster, sustainable, and scalable Cedar implementations
• Review and debug code
• Mentor other engineers
• Work autonomously and creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles that you encounter
• Support your counterparts on the product and commercial teams on understanding and solving client problems, formulating technical strategy, and enhancing the cedar integrations framework
