Summary

Dandy is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of Dandy's pricing, billing, and payments systems. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, and solid foundations in software engineering, programming languages, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Dandy’s pricing, billing and payments systems
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to meet the high bar for quality and user experience in a rapidly iterative environment
• Partner with the business teams such as Go-to-Market, Accounting, Business Operations to shape Dandy’s pricing and packaging strategies for market expansion and other monetization opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with billing and payment platforms (ex: Stripe, Plaid, Dave)
• Experience with Typescript and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, GraphQL and/or event-based architectures
