Summary

Join dbt Labs as a Sr. Growth Fullstack Engineer and drive product-led growth through scalable systems and rapid experimentation. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention. This role requires strong fullstack development experience and a proven track record of successful growth experiments. You will design, build, and optimize growth experiments, implement A/B tests, and develop scalable fullstack solutions. Requirements

  • The ability to work asynchronously as part of a fully remote, distributed team
  • Strong experience in fullstack development
  • A track record of shipping impactful growth-focused experiments
  • You own what you build, beyond just your code. You have a passion for quality
  • You communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
  • You are self-driven and impact-oriented. You are proactive and can move fast or pivot to meet the changing needs of the product

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize growth experiments to improve key product metrics
  • Implement A/B tests and feature flags to iterate quickly on growth initiatives
  • Develop and maintain scalable fullstack solutions using modern frameworks (React β€” TypeScript, Python, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with product and business goals
  • Analyze data and experiment results to drive continuous improvements
  • Work in an agile, fast-moving environment focused on delivering impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment
  • Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and optimization techniques
  • Experience with shipping experiments that directly influenced user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth
  • Strong understanding of good UX design
