Senior Software Engineer

Summary

The job is for a UI Software Engineer at SugarCRM in Romania. The role involves creating front-end applications with React, Bootstrap, D3, and proprietary libraries. The engineer will design, test, deploy, and maintain SugarCRM's front-end experience as part of a small and versatile team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
• 5+ years of JavaScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, and types. Experience with React, Angular or a modern framework is a bonus
• 5+ years experience with optimizing front end performance for desktop and mobile browsers
• 2+ years of data visualization experience. Experience with D3 preferred
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Create forward-facing applications with React, Bootstrap, D3, and several internally developed proprietary libraries in addition to pure CSS and JavaScript
• Design, test, deploy, and maintain SugarCRM's front end experience
