Requirements
- 5+ years of experience of ServiceNow application development experience
- Demonstrated and notable experience supporting clients within the Telecommunications Industry
- Experience and understanding of ServiceNow product areas like TNI, TSM, TMT, and more
- Solid understanding of core object-oriented programming with hands-on experience developing for or customizing the ServiceNow platform
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Passion in engineering science and technology. Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of managed services
- Strong relationship management skills, and ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with customers is something you love to do! Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) required
- ServiceNow Certified Suite Implementation (CIS) in 2+ product areas, preferably TNI, TSM required
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize TNI, TMT, TSM, ServiceNow applications
- Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting systems, query optimization, and report-writing
- Create script-based Assignment and Approval rules, custom related lists, Access Control list, UI Policy and client script
- Facilitate and mentor across multiple projects and crews
- Collaborate with delivery teams, including engineers, architects, project managers, and business consultants, to understand, estimate, prioritize, and implement requests for development and project requirements
- Apply modern technology and innovation to improve platform functionality
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing administration, development, and support during a variety of implementation phases of ServiceNow solutions
