Summary
Join Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourcing company, as a Team Lead Software Engineer specializing in .NET and Angular. You will lead a team in enhancing a robust payroll platform, developing a new Premium Shipping Service feature, and guiding developers in maintaining the platform. Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with hands-on expertise in .NET and Angular
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including practical experience with Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and API tests
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable .NET backend services and Angular-based UI components
- Work with the team to identify and implement system improvements and optimizations
- Communicate with key stakeholders and the client to provide updates and ensure alignment with business goals
- Guide team members to promote technical excellence and adherence to best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
- Contribute to creating clear, comprehensive project documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid leadership abilities, with hands-on experience leading development teams
- Proficiency in relational DB concepts, especially Oracle
