Senior Software QA Engineer

Requirements

• Strong experience tracking the entire QA and testing lifecycle
• Experience in development and testing, with programming skills in Java, Python or Javascript
• Experience in test automation / API test development, utilizing design patterns and automation framework development from scratch (Postman)
• Solid understanding of AGILE methodologies and practices
• Solid understanding and experience of QA methodologies, including planning and strategy design
• Experience managing QA Teams
• Backend and Frontend automation - able to define a framework / architecture
• Using Jira for Test Management (Experience with Xray or Zephyr)
• Git and Github
• BDD (Cucumber / Gherkin)
• Performance testing knowledge
• Creativity, ownership, and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Define quality strategy, infrastructure, tools and processes
• Ideate, implement, maintain and reinforce high-quality standards that allow the application to be reusable and scalable
• Establish processes and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams
• Developing complex End to End testing solutions with integration in CI/CD environments

Preferred Qualifications

• The ability to predict common user workflows in order to design effective tests
• ISTQB Certifications
• Excellent issue isolation, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
