Requirements

  • High-level of risk management, analysis and mitigation to proactively identify areas of concern prior to commitment

  • Demonstrated ability to produce reports, analysis, business requirements, functional specification documents and other communications
  • Effective facilitation skills to allow for the ability to facilitate group discussions

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary facilitator of the Architecture & Design workshops to drive successful and streamlined implementations for external customers
  • Take ownership of requests within the custom work stream and drive process improvement with direction and support provided from the leadership team
  • Act as the primary contributor to the development of Statement of Work, Change Requests and System Architecture documentation for customers within the post-sales stream
  • Analyse business requirements and system specifications and provide strategic expertise to internal and external customers to ensure direction is aligned to business requirements
  • Analyse and solve complex system and technological problems whilst ensuring specifications align to scalability and efficiency pillars of business
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure proposed delivery schedules are achievable
  • Be a key point of escalation for complex Deputy builds to support customers
  • Assess and evaluate risks of proposed system architecture and design specifications as required
  • Participation within the RFP process, leading for minor bids, supporting major bids, driving content development, revisions and final submission
