Summary

Join MedeAnalytics as a Sr. Solution Architect and become a key member of the Delivery and Operations team. This senior-level role involves identifying and developing plans to address complex client business needs in healthcare. You will work closely with professional services, technical operations, and product teams to implement SaaS solutions for payers and providers. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare business intelligence and analytics applications, as well as the ability to guide clients through requests and personalizations to achieve their business objectives. You will also be responsible for documenting and disseminating both internal and client-facing materials that reflect the detailed configuration of client-specific MedeAnalytics solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT services, implementation delivery, and/or operations including SaaS solutions, with proven experience in other relevant senior roles
  • 7+ years of experience working in a SaaS software environment and with professional services, support, and delivery teams
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve client outcomes through optimized product solutions
  • Expert understanding of the healthcare industry and knowledge of healthcare terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (expert), Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Office365, and Jira
  • Advanced understanding of Agile Methodology and SaaS
  • Strategic Thinking and Vision : Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business growth
  • Influence and Negotiation : Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to drive adoption and advocacy of new and compelling ideas
  • Team Building and Development : Proven experience building high-performing teams and developing individuals to reach their highest potential

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client-facing meetings to gather and document complex detailed client business requirements for healthcare providers and health plan business intelligence/analytic applications
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of standard client use cases for MedeAnalytics products and apply that knowledge to client-specific requirements, providing consultative support to guide the client through requests and personalizations to achieve their business objectives
  • Demonstrate client-specific solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough investigations of bugs and issues, creating high-quality requirements in tickets with thorough and in-depth acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Engineers to coordinate the completion of requests and execution of project deliverables to achieve high client satisfaction KPIs
  • Document and disseminate both internal documentation as well as client-facing and business-appropriate reference materials that reflect the detailed configuration of client-specific MedeAnalytics solutions
  • May be required to act as team lead
  • Plan and facilitate requirement review meetings with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement and internal projects outside of standard client needs
  • Utilize industry experience and product knowledge to support consulting engagements
  • Lead training plans to enable other team members to develop Solution Architect-like skills
  • Identify challenges and trends in client implementation and support work and partner with internal teams on opportunities to improve MedeAnalytics service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business process architecture
  • Participate in design/build sessions (with Product, Platform teams) for development of new functionality and customization of existing functionality within the Mede suite of products
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions around product design and development (guidelines, best practices, etc.)
  • Monitor and assess trends in healthcare technology and analytic methodologies to improve custom adoption and support new sales
  • Partner with teams on audit and compliance initiatives related to SOC and HiTrust
  • Coordinate activity for the internal Architecture Review Board, Solution Forum, and other similar meetings, to assess complex client needs and solve problems efficiently through product improvements, configuration, or other means
  • Collaborate with key team members on the company’s product and technology roadmaps to achieve optimized software product implementation and long-term support
  • Identify opportunities and implement procedures for automation, delivery improvement, and cost management. Supports continuous improvement projects through analysis, execution, and consultation
  • Consult with client-facing teams on issue resolution to document improvement and outcomes
  • Document short and long-term solutions to ensure knowledge management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference for candidates with previous experience working with MedeAnalytics or similar products
  • Preferably a degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
