Summary
Join Hyperscience's Solution Architecture team as a Solutions Architect, serving as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for customers. You will lead technical onboarding and deployment, guide customers through platform optimization, and act as the primary technical point of contact. This role involves technical consulting, implementation, and account management, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with customer teams, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively drive long-term success. Success in this position requires strong technical acumen and customer engagement skills to foster lasting partnerships and unlock expansion opportunities. The position is field-based, supporting the U.S. East Coast territory, and requires regular travel.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar role (Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer) at a software company
- Strong experience working with customers and complex, technical products
- Deep understanding of system integrations, APIs, security, and IT infrastructure
- Project management experienceโability to guide multiple stakeholders through complex implementations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering software solutions through system integrators (SIs) to agencies in the public sector (Federal/State/Local)
- Familiarity with Federal Information Security Standards (FedRAMP, FIPS, ATO)
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment for customers, ensuring a smooth go-live experience
- Guide customers through configuration, integrations, and best practices for optimizing our platform
- Act as a technical project manager, ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts
- Proactively monitor product adoption and drive best practices to maximize value realization
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer success, including technical blockers and adoption challenges
- Conduct technical health checks, optimization reviews, and advisory sessions
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues, working closely with Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
- Partner with customers on workflow optimizations, automation opportunities, and system performance improvements
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and feature enhancements
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) on expansion opportunities by identifying customer needs that align with additional solutions
- Support renewal discussions by demonstrating the business impact and technical success of our platform
- Foster strong relationships with customer IT teams, architects, and executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with infrastructure services (e.g., Kubernetes) and container infrastructure (Docker)
- Experience with AI, automation, workflow software, or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Scripting or coding experience (Python) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern deployment architectures
- Experience supporting regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, etc.)
