Senior Solution Architect

Summary

We're looking for a Solution Architect to define policies and standards, lead a team of architects, and provide architectural design and technology roadmaps for complex Policing and National Security applications. As a role model, you'll engage the wider community, coach/mentor other architects, technical leads, and engineers. You'll work with project managers, product managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful deployment of NECSWS Public Safety products.

Requirements

• Significant experience in modern, cloud-based technology standards and practices
• Ability to mediate between people and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Understanding of the evolutionary nature of technology delivery in an agile environment

Responsibilities

• Define policies and standards that guide technology delivery
• Lead a team of architects and provide architectural design and technology roadmaps for complex Policing and National Security applications
• Oversee ongoing architectural needs within Control Room application suites
• Work with project managers, product managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful deployment of NECSWS Public Safety products
