Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a digital agency or tech company
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully influencing senior executives
  • Expert knowledge of established e-commerce or DXP solutions such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience in a digital agency or technology-focused environment, with a broad understanding of digital trends and how they impact businesses

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance digital solutions that align with client objectives and company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and tailor solutions that align with their business goals
  • Conduct technical evaluations and select appropriate technologies and platforms for project requirements
  • Serve as a technical expert during client meetings, confidently addressing queries and demonstrating how our solutions can solve specific business challenges
  • Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and can be successfully implemented within agreed timelines
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, security, and design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Being directly available to start working in Germany
  • Working proficiency of German language
