Summary

Join Mirakl's rapidly growing Solution Engineer Team in the EMEA region as a high-energy, creative, and team-oriented Solution Engineer. You will be responsible for showcasing Mirakl's product offerings and architecture to prospects and customers, addressing technical objections, and ensuring confidence in Mirakl's technology. This role requires leveraging technical and sales skills to understand client needs, develop technical sales strategies, configure and demonstrate solutions, and provide business value. You will craft and deliver tailored demos, demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Mirakl's infrastructure, and engage in continuous learning. Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual objectives is crucial, as is effectively responding to RFPs. Mirakl offers a supportive and rewarding work environment with various benefits.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or IT consultancy roles, particularly within the software or management consulting sectors
  • Strong background in e-commerce and marketplace dynamics
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • A customer-centric approach with outstanding professional communication abilities and substantial client-facing experience
  • Proficiency in quickly adapting to different environments and mastering new skills and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and align them with Mirakl’s solutions
  • Ability to clearly communicate the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients across a wide range of industries
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Understand the client needs and position Mirakl’s products as the optimal solution
  • Craft and deliver tailored demos that highlight our technology's capabilities
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our software, networking, and security infrastructure
  • Engage in continuous learning through product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives set by management
  • Effectively address and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
