Summary

Join Propel Software's sales team as a Solution Engineer and become an integral part of sales campaigns. You will demonstrate Propel's product capabilities, built on the Salesforce platform, to prospective clients. This role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of solution engineering experience and a STEM education. Requirements

  • 5+ years of solution engineering experience
  • Education in a STEM field of study
  • Strong presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple ways
  • Passionate about continuously learning and growing your skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the Sales team in their sales campaigns by helping identify and quantify Propel’s value proposition
  • Demonstrate Propel’s product capabilities built on the Salesforce platform
  • Be energized in client-facing environments and quickly gaining credibility as an expert
  • Configure custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities that map directly to positive business outcomes for our prospects
  • Enhance standard software demonstrations for use by internal team members
  • Demonstrate Propel’s product capabilities built on the Salesforce platform
  • Be energized in client-facing environments and quickly gaining credibility as a Propel expert
  • Enhance standard software demonstrations for use by internal team members
  • Participate in industry conferences and other events
  • Support customer success team with standard demo capabilities when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following solution domains: Quality Management, Product Information Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Software Technical Sales, Supply Chain or Contract Manufacturing, Engineering Design / Product Development
  • Experience working with one or more of the following verticals: Electronics / High Tech, Consumer Goods, Medical Devices & Equipment, Industrial Machinery
