Summary

Join IntelliShift's growing GTM and Sales team as a Senior Solutions Consultant! Partner with the team to engage with customers, address technical questions, demonstrate solutions, and provide technical expertise. Leverage your SaaS and Fleet Technology background to communicate complex concepts effectively. This full-time, remote, US-based salaried position involves occasional travel. You will be responsible for providing product expertise during sales, creating presentations, conducting technical discovery, and managing solution validation pilots. You will also serve as a market expert and collaborate with other teams to shape IntelliShift's product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions consulting, or sales engineering role in a the Fleet technology industry
  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills, including presentations and proposals for both business and technical audiences
  • Familiarity and comfort with compiling technical discovery information to compose Business Cases (inclusive of ROI) driven by value solving for articulated business pain
  • Ability to speak to technical architecture and understand how it would connect to a client’s infrastructure
  • Ability to build client relationships easily through establishing credibility
  • A builder with natural curiosity, a desire to solve problems, strong team values, and a hunger to win

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day product expertise during the sales process, including directly interfacing with the sales team and prospective customers
  • Preparation and Presentation of comprehensive platform demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Conduct deep technical discovery to connect how our unified fleet operations platform can address current business pain through value
  • Detect technical and functional objections from the prospective customer during the sales process, be creative, and find solutions to deliver to the customer
  • Lead Solution Validation Pilots with prospective customers that will include several month product implementations to demonstrate value and differentiation in the market
  • Partner with the Customer Support org to manage escalations (product issues, feature requests, etc.) during the Solution Validation Pilot Process
  • Serve as a market expert on products, competitive landscape, and industry trends across fleet technology solutions to understand how customers navigate day-to-day operations. Lend credibility to the selling process in the fleet space
  • Strategize along other customer-facing functions (ex. Sales, CS, AM, Support, Enablement, etc.) to prioritize thoughtful feedback and provide to the Product team to assist in shaping IntelliShift’s Product Roadmap
  • Increase knowledge and understanding of solution architectures across the broader sales engineering community
  • Evangelize IntelliShift solutions by telling compelling stories with creativity
