Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems or a related field (additional experience in lieu of a degree is also accepted)
- 5-8 years of combined healthcare and sales, with a strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows
- Prior success in a fast-moving work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and operational discovery with prospects and customers to understand workflows, pain points, and solution needs
- Own solution design by mapping customer goals to Artera and partner technologies, leveraging creative problem-solving to drive adoption
- Showcase technical expertise through tailored product demonstrations, effectively translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Advise on integration strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with EHRs, billing software, APIs, and other healthcare IT systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions) to refine offerings and improve go-to-market strategies
- Support go-to-market efforts by completing Request for Proposals, Request for Information, and Security Questionnaires
- Develop clear scopes of work to support the customer transition from sale to implementation, ensuring smooth handoff from sales to implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous clinical experience (nursing, administrative, or EMR power user experience highly preferred)
- SaaS or startup experience
