Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- Prior experience working with real-world healthcare data (EMR, claims, etc.) and deep knowledge of its advantages, shortcomings, and use cases is required
- Demonstrated experience working with a sales team
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with SQL is required
- Prior experience working and proven aptitude in a startup environment
- 7+ years work experience in healthcare, consulting, or pharmaceuticals/biotech in a customer-facing role is required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage potential Life Science and Health System clients, understanding their unique needs and pain points
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value proposition of Atropos Healthโs products and services
- Serve as a technical resource during the selling process, addressing client queries and providing in-depth knowledge of solution capabilities
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and influence product development, ensuring alignment with market demands
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and webinars to enhance awareness of Atropos Healthโs offerings and expand professional networks
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree in a clinical setting (e.g., clinical informatics, MPH, MD) is preferred
- Additional coding languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus
