Senior Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Conduit, a leading rollup-native cloud platform scaling Ethereum, as a Solutions Engineer. You will collaborate with engineering and GTM teams to support customers, maintain rollup stack offerings, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This role requires debugging technical issues, providing white-glove customer service, and proactively identifying solutions for complex challenges. The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical understanding, enjoys creating proof-of-concepts, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments. You will work across multiple infrastructure layers and have experience with highly technical products and customers in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure. Conduit values individuals who are self-directed, continuously learn, and enjoy solving tough technical problems.

Requirements

• Quickly obtain a deep technical understanding
• Quickly create proof-of-concepts to validate entirely new approaches
• Be self-directed and identify the most important problems to solve
• Enjoy helping others solve thorny technical challenges and have a systematic approach to finding solutions for complex technical challenges
• Are deeply curious and eager to continuously learn about web3 tech stacks
• Have strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture
• Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments where you can wear multiple hats, adapt quickly, and help build processes from the ground up
• Have worked across multiple layers of infrastructure and are comfortable navigating complex systems end-to-end e.g. container orchestration, compute and storage systems, APIs, and observability/monitoring stacks
• Have experience working with highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure
• Be able to proficiently read and write small bits of code, ideally in solidity and go

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the engineering and GTM team to support customers and maintain the rollup stack offerings and customizations made possible by our leading Rollup-as-a-Service platform
• Ensure customers have a white-glove experience onboarding to Conduit
• Be the first line of defense when technical issues pop up that need de-bugging

• Enjoy identifying customer patterns and pain points, and proactively sharing valuable insights with the product team to help shape the roadmap, drive innovation, and continuously enhance the user experience
