Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll act as a pre-sales technical professional, aligning customer challenges with outcomes, and providing architectural guidance through proof-of-concept use of Solo solutions.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of cloud, with experience in Kubernetes, across vendor environments, and understanding of the complex landscape of cloud-native applications and infrastructure
• Working knowledge of Golang, Javascript, Python, Rust, or other modern programming languages
• Working knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Solid understanding of modern, cloud-native application architectures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a pre-sales technical professional to align the customer's technical challenges with their outcomes
• Work alongside Account Executives to provide a technical introduction of our solutions to customers
• Provide architectural guidance through understanding our customer's challenges and leading them through proof-of-concept use of Solo solutions
• Assist on discovery calls with our sales team to better understand customer challenges related to their cloud migrations, microservices environments, and legacy infrastructure
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and workshops as needed to the prospect and plan and execute proof-of-concepts to validate Solo.io solutions
